1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Drivium, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This service is operated by an individual developer in Romania for educational and open-source purposes.
2. Service Availability & "As-Is" Clause
Experimental Status: Drivium is a non-commercial, experimental project. While we strive for stability, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Liability: To the extent permitted by Romanian and EU law, the operator is not liable for data loss or service interruptions. However, we do not exclude liability for cases where it cannot be legally waived (e.g., gross negligence).
3. User Obligations & Prohibited Content
You are solely responsible for the files you upload. You agree not to store:
Illegal Content: Material that violates Romanian or International laws.
Copyright Infringement: We respect intellectual property. Content reported via our Notice and Takedown procedure (see section 7) will be removed.
Malicious Software: Any files intended to damage the infrastructure or other users.
4. Data Protection (GDPR)
Your personal data (Email, Username, IP) is processed strictly for the functioning of the service.
We do not sell or track your data for advertising.

5. Service Termination & Data Retention
As this is an experimental and free service, it may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time, without prior notice. We do not guarantee the persistence of any data.
